What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority, in rare occasion where you changed your mind, received damaged items, or any other situations listed below, we offer various remedies or resolution depending on different situations.

Change of Mind

We offer a change of mind 30 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it.

Please note we will deduct all applicable freight fees from your refund plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from final refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. In case the returned item(s) are in unacceptable condition/damaged/altered, we reserved the rights to reject or revise refund amount. In this case, the item will be available at the returned address for buyer collection.

For all change of mind returns, we will only issue refund when we have received the returned item(s) as per tracking number indicates.

The following will be classified as change of mind return:

  • You do not like the item/do not need it anymore
  • If part(s) were damaged and you refused to accept repair/replacement/refund
  • Request to cancel order while item(s) have been dispatched with tracking number provided

Damaged or Defect

For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.

In case you received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us a few photographs with the order number, we will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or offer partial refund depending (case by case). We will reject any claims if not notified within 7 days of receipt.

Does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
  • Damage to external or product packaging only

Damaged in transit

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll share your feedback with our delivery partners and suppliers to ensure our service and the quality of the packaging is improved.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

Wrong item delivered

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the pickup and return of the incorrectly shipped item free of charge.

Our rights

We have the rights to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

Warranty Information

How to claim warranty?

Our products generally come with 12 months warranty period against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used. It’s important for you to keep your invoice number, without It you could not make a claim.

Our Warranties policy does not cover:

  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear resulted by improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
