What is your return policy?

Since furniture vary in size and material, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as the ultimate goal. All of our customer service representative are trained to be empathetic, with the ability to listen, understand, and provide the best solution to you.

Well, simply put – we believe customers are the back bone to our brand and we will treat you fairly and make sure you have the best experience when it comes to shopping furniture online.

What if I don't like it?

95% of our customers are happy with our furniture (we don’t manipulate photos as shown online), but if you change your mind, you may return it to us and we will issue a store credit in full (absolutely no restocking fee)!

As much as we want to keep returns simple, one thing to keep in mind – Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. If returned goods are deemed not in original packaging, we will need to take 15% of amount paid away from the final refund to cover for re-packing costs.

Return shipping fee will be 100% covered by us except if you are returning from:

  • WA, NT, TAS or
  • Any other remote areas

Our change of mind returns are easy, just remember to keep the boxes and you will be fine!

What if I made a mistake assembling?

Our assembly instructions are cleverly designed so that everyone is able to install our furniture with ease. We were so committed that when designing the instruction steps and manuals, we hired ‘dummies’ with zero furniture assembling experience to test out, we made changes to the manuals along until not a single person makes any mistake assembling so you can have a peace of mind that nothing will go wrong.

Well, sometime, somehow, people make mistake during installation but you have absolutely nothing to worry about as we are willing to send replacement part(s) for absolutely free should you damage the unit when assembling. We believe this is how shopping furniture online should be. Talk about risk free purchase!

What if my item(s) are damaged during transit?

This one is even easier, in case you received a damaged product, simply send us photos of the damaged or affected part along with your order number to [email protected] – we will review and get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours with the ultimate goal of making a seemingly bad experience into a positive one.

We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or offer partial or full refund (again, case by case basis).

Does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
  • Damage to external or product packaging only

What if my item(s) are defective?

If you think the item(s) you received are defective, simply email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] to let us know the issue.

How to return?

We will arrange a pickup from your given address, simply let us know the date and time and we will do the rest.

To make returning as easy as abc, you can leave the goods (must be in original box!) out at your front door or with your concierge and our appointed driver will pick them up straight away. You do not need to be present at the address to wait for the driver.

Warranty Information

How to claim warranty?

Our products generally come with 12 months warranty period against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used. It’s important for you to keep your invoice number, without It you could not make a claim.

Our Warranties policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear resulted by improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
