The worst customer service ever. Received different contradicting emails from lively and inspite of my several calls to clarify they ended up sending the unit without any notification or tracking and driver never called or send any messages. Boxes were left behind in unsecured area and find them accidentally. First and last time to order from lively, never again.

Shipping was good, quality was good but the colour is definitely red wood, which was not the colour we were expecting. 😢

I absolutely love this table! It compliments our dining room and suits so well, happy with the purchase, timing and quality!

Item purchased weeks ago and no update on when it will be shipped. Customer service team very slow at replying and still no delivery date organised.

This is the 3rd of these beds I have purchased, they’re so stylish and simple!

The best mattress ive ever had and the cheapest. My daughter put me on to E-living because theyve bought a few mattresses from them. Money well spent and im finding im sleeping better too.

It hasn’t even arrived and keeps saying it’s been held at depots across Australia. Definitely a scam, do not buy!!

I'm so happy with our bedhead! It looks amazing, it was easy to install and the finishings are better than expected! I 100% recommend it!

My sleep has improved drastically since I got this mattress. It's super worth it, and even better when its on sale. Highly recommend 🙂

The draw rails were bent when we opened the box, therefore couldn't put the top draw together, the drawers below don't close. Have requested for a replacement part and it's been 3 weeks still nothing. I've called and sent multiple follow ups with no resolution. Have requested a refunded and still no answer. The customer service team is hard to deal with going around in circles with both phone and emails.

Love this bed head. It feels and looks so nice. Exactly what we were after. Really quick delivery too
