Is Click & Collect free of charge?
Yes – If you don’t wish to pay for shipping to your home, you can order online and collect from our warehouse in Sunshine West.
Simply send an email to [email protected], or speak to our sales representative and our friendly team member will reply with special voucher code which you can use for click and collect orders.
How do I Click & Collect?
We will send you a ‘Ready to Collect’ email as soon as your order is ready (within 2 business days)
Bring in your ‘Ready to Collect’ email and our friendly warehouse manager will assist you.
Our warehouse is located in Sunshine West, exact location will be informed in email.
I am at the warehouse, where do I collect?
As per OHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations, customers are not allowed to enter warehouse without our warehouse manager permission as we have busy operations going on daily
Kindly wait in front of our huge warehouse door and our friendly staff will assist you
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes – just forward your ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
Important to note:
We don’t have any set up displays or samples at our warehouse as we are fully online furniture retailer.
Our warehouse manager and staff are only responsible passing the goods to you.
All other enquiries ie. sales/return/product information must be sent via email to [email protected] and our representative will be in touch within 12 hours.
