When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?
When it comes to Christmas deliveries, the sooner you order the better. But if you’re pressed for time, please refer to the advised dispatch time on each product listing, and the last pre-Christmas cut-off date in the table above.
If I order after these dates, when will I get my order?
If you order after the advised pre-Christmas cut off dates, you can expect to receive your purchase in late December to mid-January. Our warehouse will be closed from December 24th – 28th & January 1st – 3rd. The orders placed from December 23rd – December 30th will be dispatched from December 29th – 31st. All orders placed after December 30th will be prepared for dispatch from the 4th of January 2021.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
There are a few factors that’ll impact your order’s arrival time. If the E-Living Furniture you’ve purchased is in stock and ordered before our pre-Christmas cut-off date, we dispatch within 24 hours. Upon dispatch, the expected delivery time can be between 1-8 business days (Monday – Friday), but can alter depending on the state or territory you reside in:
VIC: 1-3 business days
NSW: 3-4 business days
QLD: 4-7 business days
SA: 3-4 business days
ACT: 3-4 business days
WA: 5-7 business days
TAS: 5-8 business days
NT: 5-8 business days
Please keep in mind, if you’re purchasing a non-E-Living product, such as Eco Home or Olivia Shayn, your order will take longer to arrive:
Eco Home: 7 business days
Olivia Shayn: 15 business days
