Extremely comfy and didn’t take any time to adjust to the mattress. The king size is amazing

Mattress good, delivery terrible

The mattress seems fine- haven’t had too long to test it yet. The delivery was terrible. There was no prearrangement re delivery day, just a phone call that the delivery was going to happen in the next few hours. That doesn’t work for people with jobs, which is most people. Then the delivery guy was only ‘allowed’ to bring it to the main entrance of the apartments (in fact he literally dumped it and ran off), leaving me to move a 50kg mattress to my apartment. Honestly if you offered a ‘to door’ option I’d have probably paid for it, but this was the only delivery option for a really heavy item. I wouldn’t purchase again from here for this reason- I can’t resign from work and stand by with a team of people every day just in case the delivery people choose to come.
