I received it on time and in great condition

Beautiful!!!

Product is great but it took 8 weeks to arrive. Probably wouldn’t bother unless you’re in absolutely no hurry to receive or you’re unwilling to repeatedly contact the company for information about shipping details.

Delivery issues caused extensive delays. The initial delivery was slower than expected. When the product arrived they delivered an incorrect piece, resulting in the desk not being able to be built. Customer service was challenging and took a further 2 weeks for the correct part to arrive. The actual product is great and adds great functionality to our home office.

Looks great, but not easy to put together and very heavy. We won't want to move for a very long time!

I love the look of the bedside tables joined together, and while there is a whole underneath the tables to put the cord, the cords still run over the end of the table and underneath it, which means you would have to stretch over the table to switch the lamp on and off. I had to buy new touch lamps for easy access.

Overall it looks great and 'm happy with the purchase. Would recommend.

The cabinet is very well done, good quality. The communication was fantastic as well and fast delivery.

This Company is absolutely terrible to deal with. They’ll push saying that the payment didn’t come through and request your card details after a month it’s been confirmed and still hasn’t shipped.

My entertainment still hasn’t turned up yet and it won’t let me track anything. Not really happy with the process feels like I’ve got scammed. No one will reply to my emails.

I ordered 2 bedside tables.just wish they had a right and a left sided opening.but other than that.thwy look amazing.i also had the 6 draw lowboy.but it was damaged.just waiting for a reply.hoping I can get a replacement asap.as room is a mess without a cupboard now .

I bought this bed base and not even 2 months after buying 5 of the legs have now become loose and are unable to be tightened making the bed unstable and on a slant with nails sticking into my mattress and ripping it- I reached out to the customer service team who took months to reply and were honestly nearly uncontactable - they finally sent me a voucher to re buy the bed but a week later when I went to finally purchase the voucher was unsent from my inbox - tried contacting again and still wees until I get a reply. Absolutely awful product and service DONT BUY

Have not received my order. 2 weeks later

Mattress is great, delivery communication was terrible - we provided multiple preferred days within the 1-6 day delivery timeframe, received no updates, the timeframe elapsed, and then the mattress was suddenly dropped off at our building in the wrong location - and we still hadn’t received a single email or text or call, very annoying! Mattress is nice though

Rug purchased weeks ago and not delivered.

The mattress is great but the process of getting the mattress delivered was painful since I had to follow up multiple times and no clear response timeline of delivery.

I ordered this one before Xmas. I still haven't receive it and no customer service at all. No one pick up the phone.

my husband spend around three hours putting it together. The doors do not align and are terribly hard to put together, customer support tried to say it was our fault when it.most certainly is due to the poor quality of materials.
The wood is chipped and colour looks cheap.

Unfortunately, the desk we received is a much darker colour than advertised. We contacted the company immediately and requested a return and refund, providing clear photos as requested. Despite this, we have not received any response or return approval. Very disappointing customer service and follow-up.

Terrible products and company took over 2 months to deliver items. They tried to cancel products and charge me 15%
