Nook Walnut Oak Wooden Bed Base Thank you
This is a great mattress for a great price. Firm support but comfortable, enough padding that you can't feel the springs. The top cover fabric is polyester (I expected cotton), but still good quality. Delivery could be better, the 'tracking' says 'contact office' but no phone no, there's no communication from them at all, we just arrived home one evening to find the box sitting on our porch. It was delivered a week after our Boxing Day order which is quick, but wouldn't work if you need to be there for delivery e.g. an apartment.
Purchased 3 weeks ago still no delivery. Called twice was told it was shipped. 1 days ago was emailed to say it was not shipped and have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Total of 6 week wait. The customer service team was very unhelpful and didnt care about helping. Or offering anything that gave us some insight or confidence in our purchase.

I'm happy with my purchase.
Delivery: Initially I was concerned that they didn't have stock and I'd have to wait for months; but it was actually dispatched next day. Comms after dispatch were good. :-)
Quality: it's Average. Average quality materials. If I were using the drawers often every day, I'd be concerned... but they are fine for occasional use.
Construction: I found it pretty easy to put together. (Use an electric drill where you can set the torque to LOW so nothing breaks :-) Pieces fit quite well together and were well labelled.
I read some negative reviews of this product and company after my purchase. But, I had a positive experience of both the company and the product.

Loved the mattress when I tried my daughter’s one so we purchased one too. The first one was all uneven dipping in and eliving replaced it with another after we sent photos. The new one they sent out is worse and after a year or so, I need to sleep in the middle to lay where it is without a dip. I am around 90kgs so maybe it’s no good for us. Most unfortunate as I was hoping to have this for many years.
Door panels were always difficult to move. Customer service refused to acknowledge fault.
After a year of use the glue keeping the panel together fell off and the entire table is not operational.
The mattress itself is quite comfortable, however if you require a mattress quickly or conveniently I would not order from Lifely. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order with little to no communication. This was really stressful as I had to plan every day around potentially receiving the order (i.e. having to be at home). Even on the day of delivery you do not get a delivery window only a vague map of where the driver is?
This is my second purchase of the Dream Green Tea Mattress. Great quality and comfort. It’s a medium soft but sturdy feel. It is super comfortable! The only mattress I’ll buy. Also was fast delivery
Have not received it yet and have had no email regarding shipping.

Nook Natural Oak Wooden Bed Base Customer service is lacking, sent about 3 or 4 emails with a request to change my address with only responses such as “sorry we will get to this as soon as possible”. Would not order from here if you need to speak to some one about any changes.
Bed base was meant to arrive Dec 11 and when it didn’t I investigated and was told it would be arriving mid January.

Got my delivery over 2 weeks ago now.
They sent the wrong parts. It happens, emailed them to let them know, they said they would escalate the problem. Messaged and called them every other day for an update, they still haven't sent anything.
I gave up and went to ikea. Save your money and the hassle.
I received only 1/2 packages for this order, after it was delivered to the wrong address. I have sent multiple emails, spent an hour waiting on live chat to no avail, and have tried calling the contact number… where a recorded message told me to email instead. VERY POOR FORM.
I have not received by bed base after multiple attempts to get an answer, I am still waiting for over a month for a response. Extremely dissapointed.
Didn’t get product delivered after 15days still waiting at this stage
The worst customer service ever. Received different contradicting emails from lively and inspite of my several calls to clarify they ended up sending the unit without any notification or tracking and driver never called or send any messages. Boxes were left behind in unsecured area and find them accidentally. First and last time to order from lively, never again.
Shipping was good, quality was good but the colour is definitely red wood, which was not the colour we were expecting. 😢
