Free Shipping We provide free shipping to most metro areas. However, certain locations may incur additional charges. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if applicable.

Express Shipping We take pride in our swift delivery service, with an average of 80% of our orders arriving the next business day to most metro areas.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro areas: 1-3 business days

  • Regional areas: 3-7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Tracking Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel at a secure location or take it to a nearby pickup point.

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Missed Deliveries If you miss a delivery, a re-delivery attempt may be arranged, or your package may be held at a designated pickup location. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Changes to Orders Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
